How to access the building
You have 24/7 access to the building with your FOB access however your Community Manager will be there 9-5 Monday to Friday.
Building access
We require a registered member to be on-site at all times if visitors are to come in outside business hours. No unauthorised person is allowed to walk around without a member or Community Manager on site.
Lost your access FOB, office key, or control remotes?
If you have lost the device you use to access your space, please let your Community Manager know. We will be able to deactivate lost FOBS ensuring the building remains secure.
Prices to replace these items are as below:
Access FOBS: $50
Office keys: $50
Remote control: $50
Member leaving the team?
If one of your team members is leaving, please return his access devices to the Community Manager.
Security notice
Please do not leave any external doors propped open outside of normal business hours (Monday - Friday 9 AM-5 PM)
Please be advised that security cameras are in operation around the building 24/7 with cloud-managed recording.
